  • Expert in route design, process optimization, and scale-up from early development through commercial manufacturing.
  • Held key roles at AstraZeneca, Pharmaron, Alembic Pharmaceuticals, and Cadila Pharmaceuticals.
  • Extensive advanced research experience across premier international institutions, including NCL (National Chemical Laboratory), Pune; University of Hawaii, USA; and Purdue University, Indiana, USA.
  • Ph.D. from Savitribai Phule Pune University and M.S. from the University of Burdwan.

19+ years of experience in synthetic organic chemistry across industrial R&D, research, and academia. Specializes in synthetic methodology, complex natural product synthesis, and asymmetric chemistry.

  • Built a strong career with Intonation Research Labs, O2h Discovery, Piramal, and TCG Lifesciences.
  • Advanced research experience in Germany and France, with more than 20 publications and multiple patents.
  • Ph.D. from IIT Guwahati and M.Sc. from Guwahati University.
